Our founder, Tzurit, built Tatte to create a sense of home and community while starting a new life in the United States. Her vision for Tatte was rooted in a simple mission to bring people together around inspired food, pastries, and coffee while providing a deep sense of comfort and belonging.
Taking care of people continues to be our passion. It compels us to do things as exceptionally as possible, with the consideration, touches, and details that make the Tatte experience unique and special. It’s why we strive to warmly greet every guest when they are waiting in line, why every dish is meticulously prepared and packaged, why every berry on our cheesecakes is individually selected and placed by hand, and why every barista is trained on the perfect pull of espresso and the pouring of latte art.
Nothing makes us happier than when all this makes Tatte a place that someone calls their home away from home, where they feel taken care of and want to revisit time and time again. And it is each of our amazing team members in our cafes, catering kitchens, and bakeries makes all of that happen every day.
